Road to Reopening

Please click on the letter for information on the reopening process for school in August 2020. School resumes on August 20th for all students. We have selected a Phase-In plan, beginning with Distance Learning in August, and moving to partial Distance Learning in October.

Yearbooks are On Sale (online) until June 20th only!

Do you still need to purchase a 2019/2020 yearbook? You can do it right here, online until June 20th. Yearbooks will be handed out when we return to the school site next school year. Even for 5th graders, who are moving on to middle school, we will call you and let you know when you can come pick up your students FINAL elementary school yearbook. Thank you to all of our staff & families who have sent in photos of class events, field trips, how your student dealt with distance learning and how your family is bonding during this shelter-in-place. Registration Process during the Covid-19 Shelter in Place

All registrations for the 2020-2021 school year must start with the online application. Since we cannot meet with you in person at this time we are asking that you submit by email the supporting documentation needed to complete the registration. Pandemic EBT Benefits

Due to coronavirus (COVID 19), children who are eligible for free or reduced-price
meals at school will get extra food benefits. These food benefits are called Pandemic
EBT or P-EBT benefits. P-EBT benefits help families in California buy food when school
is closed.

**NEW DATE**- There is a NEW DATE to pick up your students belongings from the school

On Thursday, June 4, parents/guardians will be able to pick up bags containing the items from their child’s desk. This pick-up will take place near the side entrance of the Hesperian MPR (cafeteria). You will enter the campus through the front loop on Drew Street) and guided through the pickup area. Pickup times are arranged by grade level (see details when you click "Read Full Story"). If you have more than one student, you can come during your oldest child’s grade level time block. Please click on "Read Full Story" for complete details and instructions. For everyone's safety it is very important that we follow the instructions provided.
