Once you have completed the online portion of the registration for your child, please call the office at (510) 317-5201 and make an appointment to bring in the requested documents and complete the registration process.

For the 2019/2020 School Year:

If your child's birthday is between 12/1/2013 and 9/1/2014 you will register them for Kindergarten.

If your child's birthday is between 9/2/2014 and 12/2/2014 you will register them for Transitional Kindergarten

Please bring the following items to your appointment:

~ Current ID
~ Birth Certificate/Passport/Baptismal Certificate/ Medical Card/ ETC.
~ Medical report as required fro TK, Kindergarten and 1st Grade
~ Dental report as required for TK, Kindergarten and 1st Grade
~ Immunizations as required per grade level
~ Proof of Address - 1 required as indicated on Address Verification Form
~ IEP if applicable, we MUST have a cope of the IEP
~ If your child has attended a PUBLIC or PRIVATE school - your child must come with a withdrawal/school transfer that will contain their grade level, last report card and/or progress report
