 Hi! I’m Elizabeth “Lisa” Garcia and I’m proud to be a teacher at San Lorenzo Unified School District.  I love science, my dogs (Churro and Bear), and teaching.  This is my 20th year as a teacher having taught first grade through high school through adult Chemistry and English as a Second Language. I grew up in Southern California, but my family is from Spain and I enjoy returning to Galicia to visit my family.
 
¡Hola!  Me llamo Elizabeth “Lisa” García y soy orgullosa de ser maestra del distrito de San Lorenzo.  Me encanta ciencias, mis perros (Churro y Oso) y enseñar.  He enseñado por 20 años, enseñando primer grado a escuela secundaria,  y también adultos química e inglés como segundo idioma.  Crecí en el sur de California, pero soy española y me encanta volver a Galicia a visitar mi familia.

District Tools I Use 

Attendance
I take attendance using Aeries. You can stay on top of attendance through the Aeries Family Portal or Aeries App

Report Cards
I use Aeries to generate report cards. Families can view report cards through the Aeries Family Portal.

Sangha Interactive App
I have not yet started to use the Sangha App to communicate with families.  I will update my Teacher Page when I begin using it.  If you are subscribed to this page, you will be notified via email.

Google Classroom
I am using Google Classroom to manage assignments.  If you would like daily or weekly digests of activities and missing assignments, I can invite you as a guardian.  Please email me with your request and email address.
